  • Both! Call to schedule and we can figure out what works best for you.

    *I am based in Maine and can see Florida clients only through telehealth appointments.

  • At this time, I accept: Maine Community Health Options, Harvard Pilgrim, Optum (UHC Plans).

    If you don’t see your network listed, I am out of network and accept self-pay. I can provide a ‘Superbill’ for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

    My self-pay rate is $130 per individual session (55 minutes).

  • During our first session, we will go over what brought you to therapy and talk about what we would like to achieve. We will talk about your past experiences to help me better understand your story. We then work together to create a plan that is tailored to your needs.

  • Everyone uses therapy for different amounts of time. For some, it may be as short as few weeks. Others may be in therapy for several years. I work with each person to find a path that works for them.

  • I take a collaborative approach, using a variety of therapy styles to fit each person’s needs. My training includes CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches, and I focus on helping people manage stress, process emotions, and shift unhelpful thoughts to geel more in control.
