Finding yourself is hard to do on your own. People come to me for a variety of reasons including life stress, identity, relationships, depression, PTSD, transitions, anxiety, you name it! I work with adolescents, adults, and families to find answers to life’s challenges.

  • Trauma has a way of sticking around where it isn’t wanted. I have experience in finding ways to manage the parts that feel out of control, and healing the wounds of the past.

  • It is more than just being sad, depression affects each person differently. Going through life with a mask on gets more and more tiring. Let’s take the mask off and learn how to get better.

  • Growing up is hard! Adulting is hard! Losing friends, changing jobs, or break ups can all be challenging. Whether you need help moving on or moving up, I’m here for you.
